Management’s Philosophy & Values
Simply stated, our Philosophy is merit driven. Our management philosophy rewards employees who contribute to the overall success of IEDI through their reliability, effort, ingenuity, personal integrity, product knowledge, and motivation. To ensure the balance of interests between IEDI, our customers, and our employees remain harmonious, we hold fast to the following “Shive Hattery” five (5) rules of fair play and values. Rule No. 1 No party should accept risks they do not understand. Rule No. 2 No party should accept responsibility for risks beyond their control. Rule No. 3 No party should accept sole responsibility for problems created solely by other parties. Rule No. 4 Risks and rewards should be proportional for all parties. Rule No. 5 Risk allocation should create a winning situation for all parties.
